The Gulf Coast Newcomers & Friends Club is a social club, designed to help residents of the Mississippi Gulf Coast make new friends and foster those friendships through a variety of activities.
Social Activities
Typical activities offered throughout the month include bingo, book club, bunco, card games, game day, casino day, and lunches and evening dinners in local restaurants.
Additional activities and socials are variously scheduled throughout the year.
Who Can Join?
Membership is open to any person wishing to subscribe to the objectives and policies of the Club.
Doesn't matter if you've just moved to the coast, are snowbirds, have been here for many years, or lived here your entire life. You are welcome to join us.
The Club is an organization whose purpose is to:
-stimulate new associations and friendships through shared social activities;
-help newcomers to the Coastal area identify with their community; and to
-promote interest in local civic, cultural, and service programs.
Dues are $30 per year, payable at a monthly Luncheon meeting: cash or check only.
Prospective members may attend up to 3 events total before paying dues to join the Club.
Newcomers & Friends Turned 50 in 2020!
The Gulf Coast Newcomers & Friends social club celebrated their 50th anniversary at a Birthday Party on November 10, 2020.
